Hailing from Rome, Italy, Fort Lauderdale personal injury lawyer Adolfo A. Podrecca is fluent in Italian and Spanish which allows him to serve the Hispanic community in the US since he joined the firm in 1985. Mr. Podrecca became a partner in 1991. He received his B.A. from Missouri State University in 1969 and a masters degree from the University of Florida in 1971. In 1973, Mr. Podrecca graduated with honors from the University of Florida School of Law where he received an American Jurisprudence Book Awards and was honored as a member of the Phi Kappa Phi and Phi Alpha Theta legal fraternities. In 1982, Mr. Podrecca was honorably discharged as a captain in the United States Army Reserves. He is admitted to practice before all Florida state courts as well as the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida and the United States Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit. Having tried over 250 jury trials, Mr. Podrecca has sound experience in the field of personal injury. He is a member of the Florida Bar, Trial Lawyers Section, the American Bar Association, the Defense Research Institute, the American Board of Trial Advocates ("ABOTA"), the National Italian-American Bar Association and the Broward County Hispanic Bar Association. Mr. Podrecca has been Board Certified by the Florida Bar as a Specialist in Civil Trial Law since l988 and is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Arbitrator. Mr. Podrecca is also a past director of the Order of the Sons of Italy in America, UNICO National, and the Dante Alighieri Society.
