He received his B.A. from Missouri State University in 1969 and a masters degree from the University of Florida in 1971. In 1973, Mr. Podrecca graduated with honors from the University of Florida School of Law where he received an American Jurisprudence Book Awards and was honored as a member of the Phi Kappa Phi and Phi Alpha Theta legal fraternities. In 1982, Mr. Podrecca was honorably discharged as a captain in the United States Army Reserves. He is admitted to practice before all Florida state courts as well as the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida and the United States Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit. Having tried over 250 jury trials, Mr. Podrecca has sound experience in the field of personal injury.
