Mark B. Carroll
Mark B. Carroll (Partner) specializes in personal injury, wrongful death and business litigation. He was born in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Notre Dame in 1986. Mr. Carroll received his J.D. from the University of Florida School of Law in 1989 and was honored as a member of the Phi Delta Phi Legal Fraternity. He is admitted to practice before all Florida state courts as well as the trial bar of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. He has argued successfully before the Fourth District Court of Appeals resulting in several published opinions. Mr. Carroll was Board Certified by the Florida Bar in 1999 and then Recertified in 2004 as a specialist in the practice of Civil Trial Law. He was selected to the American Board of Trial Advocates in 2001 and is a member of the Broward County Bar Association and the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers. He has over 20 years of experience in representing claimants, tortfeasors, and their insurers in disputes involving personal injuries.. Mr. Carroll’s clients have included South Florida’s most prominent financial institutions and property owners. He currently serves on the boards of several charitable organizations including the Gold Coast Opera of Florida and the University of Notre Dame's Alumni Association.
