Scott A. DiSalvo
Scott A. DiSalvo, the firm's managing partner, has been a specialist in Civil Trail Law since 1985. He graduated from Kutztown University and obtained his Juris Doctorate Degree in 1973 from The University of Missouri-Kansas. He is admitted to practice law by the Pennsylvania and Florida Bars as well as the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. In 1995, he was invited to join the American Board of Trial Advocates and served as the Fort Lauderdale's Chapter's president in 2001. He has also served as the Chairman of the City of Fort Lauderdale's Insurance Advisory Board. He is a member of the Florida Bar's Admiralty Law Committee, the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers, the Broward County Bar Association and the Southeast Admiralty Law Institute. Mr. DiSalvo is a past member of Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization and Education and the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Mr. DiSalvo has represented litigants in personal injury, product liability, insurance, and maritime matters in state and federal courts and had tried over 100 jury trials. His 30 years of experience shows that he achieves his clients’ litigation goals in a timely and cost effective manner. Mr. DiSalvo is an "A.V." rated "preeminent" attorney by Martindale-Hubble.
